Introductory call
A first conversation. There is nothing to prepare.
In 20 to 30 minutes we clarify what brings you here, how I work and whether coaching fits. Free and without obligation. In the end you decide, with no pressure to sign up and no follow-up chasing.
Stage 2The bridgeWhat support can look like in practice.
What happens in those 20 to 30 minutes
A short conversation with a clear purpose: finding out whether this is right for you.
-
What brings you here
In broad terms. You do not have to explain at length or prove anything.
-
How I work
So you can judge whether it suits you. That includes what coaching can and cannot do. Honestly, even if the answer is that something else would fit better.
-
How it could continue
Format, rhythm, frame and terms. Afterwards you decide in your own time. Nobody will chase you.
What the introductory call is not
It is
- Free and without obligation
- An honest check on whether coaching fits you
- A conversation after which you decide
It is not
- Not a free coaching session. Twenty minutes is not enough to begin solid work on a concern.
- Not an assessment. I cannot and may not judge whether ADHD or autism is present.
- Not a crisis conversation. If things are acutely bad right now, medical or emergency psychiatric services near you are the right route. In an emergency: 144 or 112.
Stage 3BloomWhat is allowed to change, at your own pace.
Your enquiry in four short steps
A rough sense is enough, and no health details are needed. I usually reply within a few working days with suggested times.

Thank you. Your enquiry has arrived.
I usually reply within a few working days with suggested times. You do not need to prepare anything until then.
That did not work, unfortunately.
The enquiry could not be sent just now. You can try again in a moment or write directly to info@bridge-and-bloom.ch.
- Free and without obligation
- 20 to 30 minutes
- Never passed on to third parties
Under 18s and parents
-
If you are under 18
You can get in touch yourself. Before any work together begins, the people with parental responsibility for you are involved. Consent, the frame and what is shared with parents are agreed in writing beforehand.
This is not a formality aimed against you. It means you know where you stand, and nobody can reinterpret things later.
-
If you are enquiring as a parent
You can arrange an introductory call for yourself. Parent coaching does not require your child to take part.
If you are enquiring for your teenager, it helps when they are involved from the start. In practice, coaching against someone’s will does not work. If your child does not want it yet, that is a good reason for a conversation with you, not a reason to talk them into it.
Short questions beforehand
Do I need to prepare for the call?
No. You can talk about what is on your mind, as briefly or in as much detail as suits you. If talking is hard for you, you can also write something down and send it beforehand.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. A formal diagnosis is not a requirement. Specialising in ADHD and autism shapes how I understand and work, not who is allowed to come. More in the article Do I need a diagnosis before I start coaching?
Will my parents find out what I say?
Not automatically. If you are the client, the conversation is confidential. What parents are told is agreed together at the start. For under 18s this is put in writing before we begin, together with the legal exceptions that apply for safeguarding.
What does coaching cost afterwards?
The terms are discussed openly in the introductory call, before any work together begins. Payment is by invoice before the session. Rates differ for Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
What if I do not want to continue afterwards?
That is fine. You do not have to give a reason, and nobody will chase you.
